  • Are your leads exclusive? - All leads are sold only once.  We check all new leads the moment they come in against all former leads and any lead with a matching email/phone number is marked as a duplicate and ineligible for sale or distribution.
  • Are your leads in real-time? - All leads are distributed ONLY in real-time without exceptions.  We do not store leads for resale.  Nor do we EVER manually distribute leads.  This means that when a lead comes in, it is immediately sent to the next available buyer in line who can help the prospect in that state.
  • What kind of leads do you have? - All leads are designed for clients seeking legal help.  All of our leads are non-licensed states to begin with.  You can add licensed states to your order.  Doing so adds discounts to your order and will speed up your delivery since you are available for prospects in more states.  If you want licensed states ONLY, still choose non-licensed with the licensed states...and simply send us an email to Sales@4LegalLeads.com with your order requesting no non-licensed leads.
  • Do you have quality filters? - In all advertisements for the generation of leads, customers are informed that the services are affordable, but that they need a credit card or checking account to participate.  While you still will occasionally receive those seeking legal services for little or no cost, this greatly improves the chances for prospects able to take advantage of your legal services.
  • How are your leads generated? - All of our leads are generated by us ourselves and we are not a reseller of leads.  This means we can insure quality from start to finish.  We've been active in the legal vertical since 2001 and established massive channels of advertising in all areas of law.  All prospects come to us, all request information without incentivization, and all are extremely targeted to needing legal help for current and future issues.
  • How do you deliver your leads? - In addition to the backoffice, all leads are delivered primarily by email in real-time.  We highly recommend using your backoffice in case of email delivery issues or as a backup.  In addition, you can add fax delivery or SMS phone text delivery to any of your orders during checkout.  The backoffice also allows downloading of all leads and orders in excel or cvs file formats.
  • How many do we have to order? - The minimum order is 20 leads.  We offer with increasing discounts, order sizes of 40, 100, 200, and 300.  Larger orders not only save you money, but offer avoiding interruption to your lead flow.
  • Can I limit how many leads I get in a day? - We can offer caps to your order per day so that you can order as many leads as you want and not get overwhelmed.  Caps can not be lower than 5/day, but we can set caps for any number above that: 5/day 10/day 20/day etc.  While this is not a guarantee of that many leads, it insures not getting more than you can handle.
  • Can I schedule days for my order? - When you place your order, you can ask for days you want no leads delivered: such as no leads on Sundays.  We can place in your order to be automatically set for no delivery whenever Sundays come around even if leads are left to be delivered, and it will continue on Monday.  You can also order your leads in advance.  Place an order and ask for a delivery date in the future.  The best way to assure accuracy is to send us an email at Sales@4LegalLeads.com when your order is placed.
  • Can I target specific states or even areas of law?  This also falls under high priority orders.  High Priority customers can choose a specific area of law or even subset of non-licensed states...just remember narrowing down the requirements too far will slow own delivery times.
  • How can we pay for leads? - We will accept all major credit cards.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We use a simple one page express checkout shopping cart.
  • Can I get credit for bad leads? - In the backofice at http://my.4LegalLeads.com you can click the leads tab on the left side, managed leads, and view each lead individually.  There you will find a link for "request credit".  There will be several drop down options to choose from.  Valid return reasons include "already a member", "under 18", "incarcerated", "visually incorrect phone #", "Gibberish/Foreign Language", and more.
  • How long does it take to get my leads? Orders all start within 24 hours.  New Accounts often take this time while return customers often are even faster.  Check 4LegalLeads.com homepage for updates on delivery times.  Normal delivery is usually 24 to 48 hours for 20 leads while High Priority deliveries finish in hours from the first lead going out.  Adding licensed states also speeds delivery.
  • Can I recommend my friends for referrals? Refer a friend whose order size is greater than 20 leads and receive 5 FREE leads on their first order and 5 FREE leads on their second order!  Offer is good once for each person referred with no limit on how many you refer! When those you refer go to place their order, they will find a place during checkout where we ask who referred them.  So refer away
