Are your leads exclusive? - All leads are sold only once. We check all new leads the moment they come in against all former leads which we hold on file for at least 60 days and any lead with a matching email/phone number is marked as a duplicate and ineligible for sale or distribution. Are your leads in real-time? - All leads are distributed ONLY in real-time without exceptions. We do not store leads for resale. Nor do we EVER manually distribute leads. This means that when a lead comes in, it is immediately sent to the next available buyer in line who can help the prospect in that state.
What kind of leads do you have? - All leads are designed for clients seeking legal help. All of our leads are non-licensed states to begin with and this box is checked by default. You can check the licensed boxes for licensed states only. Doing so adds discounts to your order. We recommend still leaving the non-licensed box checked and added to your licensed states at no extra cost to speed up your delivery. If you ONLY wish licensed/Canadian locations, make sure you uncheck the default "all non-licensed" box.
Do you have quality filters? - In all advertisements for the generation of leads, customers are informed that the services are affordable, but that they need a credit card or checking account to participate. While you still will occasionally receive those seeking legal services for little or no cost, this greatly improves the chances for prospects able to take advantage of your legal services. We also use a 3rd party verification service which makes sure the prefix / area code are possible combinations in the US phone system.
How are your leads generated?
- All of our leads are generated by us ourselves and we are not a reseller of leads. This means we can insure quality from start to finish. We've been active in the legal vertical since 2001 and established massive channels of advertising in all areas of law. All prospects come to us, all request information without incentivization, and all are extremely targeted to needing legal help for current and future issues. How do you deliver your leads?
- In addition to the backoffice, all leads are delivered primarily by email in real-time. ALL ORDERS START WITHIN 24 HOURS unless otherwise requested, so we highly recommend contacting us or checking your backoffice if case of email issues. Also while ordering, you can now enter your cell phone number for FREE SMS delivery of copied delivery to your cell phone by text. Your phone charges still apply by your carrier. The backoffice also allows downloading of all leads and orders in excel or cvs file formats. How many do we have to order?
- The minimum order is 10 leads. The best starting price is for 20 leads. We offer with increasing discounts, order sizes of 40, 100, 200, 300, and 500. Larger orders not only save you money, but offer avoiding interruption to your lead flow. Can I choose a start date or limit how many leads I get in a day? - You will see when you place your order a text box defaulted to "Today / Unlimited" where you can enter a future start date or set a max like 10 per day.
Can I pause/unpause my leads?
- Login to the backoffice, click leads on the left side, then purchase orders. All active orders will have an instant pause/unpause button by it. Can I target specific non-licensed states instead of just licensed? While its possible to request this by email with "Standard Lead" orders, the speed is much slower and not recommended. We suggest "High Priority" orders so you receive a virtual "buyout" of that state. Not only will you corner the market on particular states, but you will keep your lead flow at a somewhat decent flow despite dropping down from 35 states to only 1 or a few.
How can we pay for leads? - We will accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We use a simple one page express checkout shopping cart.
Can I get credit for bad leads? - We do not replace leads individually, but we do send 15% extra on all orders to help offset bad leads.
How long does it take to get my leads? Orders all start within 24 hours. New Accounts often take this time while return customers often are even faster. Check the Pre-Paid Legal "Overview" page for updates on delivery times. Normal delivery is usually 24 to 48 hours for 20 leads while High Priority deliveries finish in hours from the first lead going out. Adding licensed states also speeds delivery.

What is MyRewards? MyRewards Points are earned on EVERY purchase and can be applied to future orders for discounts. The points last up to 90 days and you earn 3 to 150 points depending on the size of your lead order. Points combine and a minimum of only 20 is required to redeem them. When you login you can find your total points under MyRewards. Eg. 20 MyRewards Points would take $20 off your next order if redeemed. This can help you order more leads, bring your lead costs down, or even try high priority upgrades. Redeemed points automatically apply to your next checkout...just make sure you are logged in to the same account you redeemed from when purchasing.
Can I get credit for referring others? We now give MyRewards Points for referrals. You earn 30 MyRewards Points on the 1st AND 2nd order of anyone you refer to us. The points subtract the cost of ordering from your shopping cart with $1 being equal to 1 MyRewards Point
